Jobs: The Game

I believe there should be a game based on jobs. The player can choose to play as a character who is an employee and experience the story of that character of why do they need the job and how did they get it. There will be specific tasks in real life jobs like following directions, discovering new objects at the job, using tools, etc. This is to help improve the knowledge of real life employees to increase their job level. The game is a RPG which will give the player Job Exp for doing a good job, and rate the players' job level at the end of the game to let the players see how well did they do at their job.

An Advanced Way To Improve RPGs

I was thinking of ways to improve RPGs of today in a more advanced view.

  1. Item Trade Boost- when the player trades in 3 of the same low-level potions or ethers. The player receive 1 potion or ether that slightly restores HP or MP. This is an option to allow the player to get better potions and ethers that he or she has saved up depending on their level range.
  2. More Experience- I believe that players deserve to gain more experience. So, the RPG should include strong or strongest enemies that give more exp points the player desires. This is to influence players' goals to level up their characters at max.
  3. Item Buffs- the player can create items to use on it's party of monsters to temporarily give them buffs for one battle.
  4. Battle Phases- As the player wins a battle, the battle phase go up by 1. When the player has reached battle phase 10. The player receive bonus items that's useful.
  5. Status Problem Increased Chance- if a monster have a certain weakness of a specific status problem it'll have an increased chance of getting in a status problem. For example, grass type monsters are more likely to get burned if hit by a fire type move. Water type monsters are more likely to freeze if hit by an ice type move.
