Improvement to Digimon World DS

Here are some suggestions for the game I just reviewed.  If you want to see the review then go to this link: http://kurosage.blogspot.com/2015/09/digimon-world-ds-review.html

Suggestions:

  1. Third-Person Shooter- instead of watching your Digimon battle enemy Digimon in first-person shooter. Make it a third-person shooter so that players can see their Digimon battling in TPS. It makes the game much more fun this way, better, and joyful to fans.
  2. Pictures of Items/Equips- create pictures of what items and equips really look like so that way the player can view the image of an item or an equip. The same thing has been done for Pokemon.
  3. Extends The Digits In A Name- having short digits to write the player's real name and to name their Digimon really is hard and can be frustrating to write the player's first name and Digimon's name in full. How about 10-12 letters for typing the player's name?

Digimon World DS Review

It's time to digivolve! In the world of Digimon World DS for the Nintendo DS. Digimon World DS is the first Digimon game on the Nintendo DS. Will this game be worth playing? We'll find out!

Story: the game is about a kid who just came to the computer room to research and learned about the rumored Digimon and got sent inside the computer. The kid follows the Digimon and learned about the evolution generations of Digimon and enter Digi-Central.

Gameplay: In battles, you'll notice that the battle system is in a first-person shooter to make the player realizes they battling Digimon in combat. As you complete missions and quests, you'll rank up in the game and earned enough Tamer Points to unlock prizes with required amount of TPs(Tamer Points for short). For coming up with strategy, the player can equip certain equips for their Digimon like weapons, armors, and accessories. If certain Digimon are equip with the right equip. That Digimon will gain a technique to use in battle.
Players have the choice to digivolve their Digimon to 1 of 3 kinds to a Digimon of their desire by completing certain tasks to digivolve that Digimon to a specfic kind of Digimon. The game also includes "GrowthLimitLv" meaning that Digimon can't level up passed that level. Traits are related to abilities in Pokemon version games. The Digimon gets a bonus boost to that stat and other useful abilities in battles.

Music: The music is good and go with the background of dungeons for progressing through the story and traveling to shops.

Sound Effects: The sound effects contain action for sound effects in combat and when the player is in danger.

Code of Princess Review

Not all RPGs are mixed with fighting genre, but will this game keep you company?

Story: the game is about bad guys are after the sword that had been given to Solange the main protagonist and has been brought down to her royal family for generations. You played main quests as part of the storyline and unlock new quests as you progress. As you complete quests, you also unlock new characters to played in both campaign mode and versus mode, equips, gold, and earn exp.

Gameplay: you played as one of the four characters in the Campaign mode: Solange, Ali, Zozo, and Allegro. You equip five different equips at a time that is not visibly equip on your party. You earned exp as you complete main quests to level up. As you level up, you allocate a few points to your stats to strengthen your characters. In battles, you have 4 basic moves and don't learned any new ones as you level up. However, you can view the commands list to learn a few commands in battle. As you
progress through the game, the gameplay get repetitive as you used the same commands over again.

Sound/Voices: the voices perfectly fit the characters and the sound effects are violently touching in commands. The voices are good and has great voice acting in it.

Controls: the controls are easy to use and memorize when performing commands or basic attacks.

Graphics: The graphics are bright and in colorful 3D wonderful.

I give the game a 6/10. The game would had been better if you can see the equips display on your characters and learned new moves or skills as you level up.
