Condom Improvement

Some people don't like to use condoms because they claim that condoms come off the person's genitals, and tore during sex. I believed that condoms should stay on the partner's genitals a bit tight and have some space up to the glans inside the condom, and have stronger latex material in it just like some grocery stores' grocery bags, so that the condom doesn't easily get tore during sex.
