BAND Program Block

I was thinking since most anime airs on Toonami, why not have a new program block for black action and drama tv shows. Like BAND, stands for Black Action and Drama. A 4-hour program block of African-American action and drama tv shows on Saturday nights from 6pm-10pm. It airs on cable only.
