It's time for a new Pokemon series. Will Pokemon Colosseum surpass the Pokemon Stadium Series? Find out in this review.
Story: The story began when the main character you played as steals a Snag Machine from team Snagem and betrayed them. Team Snagem's hideout then explodes. The main character go to Phenac City and see two thugs have a hostage inside a bag and battle them out in double battle to free the kidnapped girl because she can see a shadow aura on Pokemon that label them Shadow Pokemon and the main character must used poke balls to snag Pokemon that had it's heart closed, save em', and purify them.
Gameplay: As a main character, you saved the game manually. You played double battles against trainers and used strategy to defeat your foe. As you snag Shadow Pokemon, your PC storage gets filled with them and you must add them to your party to open it's heart so you can do the final lock and purify them. You enter Colosseum in towns in the game, earn experience points, and prizes as you beat four trainers in a row. Also, as you used Shadow Pokemon in double battles you can only used a few moves as you deplete some of your Shadow gauge for your Pokemon.
Music: The music is awesome in an epic form that goes well with the story, and get dramatic as you progress through the game. You'll enjoy the music as you go to towns and progress through the game.
Controls: The controls are simple to used and get used to. It also useful in reorganizing items in your item menu and using strategy in battles.
Graphics: The graphics is fantastic, making Pokemon trainers look cool and Pokemon amazing.
Rating: 7/10
